JWoww is Giving Snooki a Boob Job for Christmas
What's the best Christmas gift you've ever received from a friend? Something tells me it wasn't quite as over-the-top as this:

The Robertson family from "Duck Dynasty" issued a statement saying they don't want to keep doing the show without PHIL . . . who was suspended by A&E after "GQ" magazine published his comments about gays and black people.
They said, quote, "Phil would never incite or encourage hate. We are disappointed that Phil has been placed on hiatus for expressing his faith, which is his constitutionally protected right.
"We have had a successful working relationship with A&E but, as a family, we cannot imagine the show going forward without our patriarch at the helm.
"We are in discussions with A&E to see what that means for the future of 'Duck Dynasty'. Again, thank you for your continued support of our family."

Phil Robertson Has Been Suspended from "Duck Dynasty"
A&E has suspended PHIL ROBERTSON from filming "Duck Dynasty", after he gave a very honest interview to "GQ" magazine, where he called gay people sinners . . . and said black people were happier before the civil rights movement.
A&E said, quote, "We're extremely disappointed to have read Phil Robertson's comments, which are based on his own personal beliefs and are not reflected in the series 'Duck Dynasty'.
"The network has placed Phil under hiatus from filming indefinitely." The show's fourth season premieres on January 15th . . . and he'll probably appear in most of it, since, at this point, most of the season has already been filmed.
In the interview, Phil said his family believes "strongly" that, quote, "if the human race loved each other and they loved God, we would just be better off."
But then he talks in depth about his views of the gay community and this comment is what has got people most worked up: "We just love 'em, give 'em the good news about Jesus, whether they're homosexuals, drunks, terrorists. We let God sort 'em out later."
Elsewhere in the interview, he had this to say about growing up in Louisiana, before the Civil Rights movement:
Quote, "I never, with my eyes, saw the mistreatment of any black person. Not once. Where we lived was all farmers. The blacks worked for the farmers. I hoed cotton with them. I'm with the blacks, because we're white trash . . .
"They're singing and happy. I never heard one black person say, 'I tell you what: These doggone white people' . . . Pre-entitlement, pre-welfare, you say: Were they happy? They were godly. They were happy. No one was singing the blues."

An Ohio Man Died on a Skydiving Trip His Wife Won on "Ellen"
An Ohio man died in a skydiving accident in Australia on Saturday while on a trip his wife won from ELLEN DEGENERES. The skydiving trip was given away on her show last January.
Cherilyn McGraw did a tandem jump, but her husband Brandon, a Marine with skydiving experience, jumped solo.
An employee from the skydiving school said that just before landing, Brandon turned sharply left, then right, then crashed into the ground.
Ellen hasn't released a statement yet but I'm sure she feels terrible.

GWYNETH PALTROW has been trying to rebrand herself as a lifestyle guru these days. But it sounds like the OG of domestic goddesses, MARTHA STEWART, isn't impressed.

In a recent interview, ORLANDO BLOOM was asked to share something he's learned through his studies of Buddhism.

Bloom was also asked about breaking his back when he was in drama school. Apparently, there was a chance Orlando would never walk again, and the interviewer asked if he was afraid he'd never have sex again.
Orlando said, quote, "That was the first thing I asked . . . It was this four-day period where it was all a question mark. But I had this really strong belief that that wasn't my life. That wasn't in the cards for me."
There was one thing Orlando did NOT want to talk about. The interviewer asked him if it was "love at first sight" when he first saw his soon-to-be ex-wife MIRANDA KERR.
He said, quote, "It was a lot of things. And actually, I'd rather not talk about it."
Paul Rudd Will Play Ant Man
PAUL RUDD has been chosen to play Marvel's next superhero, Ant Man . . . whose power, obviously, is that he can shrink down to the size of an insect.
The movie is due out in the summer of 2015, and it'll be directed by EDGAR WRIGHT, who did "Shaun of the Dead", "Hot Fuzz", "The World's End" and "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World".
In the comics, Ant Man was a founding member of The Avengers. There's no word if he'll be rolled into any future "Avengers" movies.
ONE DIRECTION'S new song "Midnight Memories" sounds a little bit like the DEF LEPPARD classic "Pour Some Sugar On Me". But does it sound so much like it that Def Leppard could actually SUE?
The not-always-reliable British tabloids say Def Leppard is considering a lawsuit. The band has yet to comment.

Kim is flat-out denying this. She Tweeted, quote, "Do people really think I would wax my daughter's eyebrows so young? Come on, I'd wait until she's at least 2 1/2!"
Then she added, quote, "I'm kidding!!! It's pretty sick for people to insinuate that I would wax my daughter's eyebrows. They are thick, natural, and amazing!"

She says, quote, "I think the media needs to take responsibility for the effect it has on our younger generation on these girls that are watching these television shows and picking up how to talk and how to be cool . . .
"I just think it should be illegal to call somebody fat on TV. If we're regulating cigarettes and sex and cuss words because of the effect it has on our younger generation, why aren't we regulating things like calling somebody fat?"

Chris Brown Had His Probation Revoked, But He's Not Going to Jail
CHRIS BROWN had his probation revoked yesterday, but he won't be going to jail. Instead, the judge is allowing him to stay in anger management rehab, where he's apparently been making progress.
Chris will continue to take the prescription meds his doctors have prescribed for him, and he's still not allowed to use medical marijuana.
Brown was arrested in October for punching a man outside a hotel in Washington, D.C.
He got one step ahead of the justice system by immediately running to rehab, but he was kicked out because he threw a rock through his mother's car window after they got into an argument when she showed up for a counseling session.
He was then ORDERED to do a 90-day inpatient rehab stay.
Brown's probation is for his 2009 assault of RIHANNA.

"I don't ever want to have to need someone again, where you feel like, without them, you can't be yourself."
Still, she doesn't regret anything . . . quote, "I don't think I realized what 19 truly is, and I got engaged at 19, and I definitely wouldn't change being engaged. It was so fun wearing a fat rock for a few years.
"But now, I just feel like I can actually be happy. I wait for those moments of silence, when I'm just at my house, by myself."
"Iron Man 3" is the top-grossing movie of 2013 so far, but that doesn't make ROBERT DOWNEY JR. the top-grossing ACTOR of the year.
That honor goes to DWAYNE "THE ROCK" JOHNSON, whose movies "Fast & Furious 6", "G.I. Joe: Retaliation" and "Pain & Gain" have earned a combined $1.3 billion.
Downey came in second with $1.2 billion, but that's only for ONE MOVIE. Yes, "Iron Man 3" has earned that much worldwide.
Here's the Top 10 . . .
1. The Rock, $1.3 billion
2. Robert Downey Jr., $1.2 billion
3. Steve Carell, $964 million for "Despicable Me 2", "The Way Way Back" and "The Incredible Burt Wonderstone"
4. Vin Diesel, $887 million for "Fast & Furious 6" and "Riddick"
5. Sandra Bullock, $862 million for "Gravity" and "The Heat"

9. Chris Hemsworth, $701 million for "Thor: The Dark World" and "Rush"
10. Jennifer Lawrence, $700 million for "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire"
It's interesting to note that "Fast & Furious 6" put THREE people on the list this year. I actually didn't realize these movies were so HUGE.
Target Is Refusing to Sell Beyonce's New Album, Because iTunes Got the First Crack at It
BEYONCÉ'S new album is available exclusively on iTunes for the next few days . . . but physical CD copies are expected to hit stores on Friday. Well, MOST stores.
Target is REFUSING to carry the album, just because iTunes got first dibs. A spokesperson says, quote, "When a new album is available digitally before it is available physically, it impacts demand and sales projections . . .
"We have appreciated partnering with Beyoncé in the past, [but] we're primarily focused on offering CDs that will be available in a physical format at the same time as all other formats."
Now, two things come to mind: First off, even though iTunes sold nearly a million copies before it was made available to Target, does anyone NOT think that it has a much better chance of selling in their stores than a lot of the other CDs on their shelves?
And secondly, Beyoncé has previously given Target exclusive, special versions of her albums, and they weren't complaining then. Maybe they just got spoiled.
Dave Matthews Has Formed a "Supergroup" with Jakob Dylan
A few weeks ago, DAVE MATTHEWS said he was working on a new DAVE MATTHEWS BAND album . . . but apparently he has another project in the works, because he's formed a new jam band called THE NAUTS.
It's a "supergroup," which also features WALLFLOWERS singer and BOB DYLAN'S son JAKOB DYLAN . . . plus Bob's guitarist Charlie Sexton, Charlie's brother Will and drummer Brady Blade.
The Nauts are currently working on their debut album, and there's also talk that the group will be performing live sometime soon.
Beyonce's Surprise Album Is a Phenomenon . . . and It's Selling Like Crazy
Somehow BEYONCÉ managed to SURPRISE THE WORLD by abruptly releasing a new album on iTunes at midnight on Thursday. And it's selling like CRAZY.
The self-titled album sold over 430,000 copies in just ONE day, which is basically unheard of these days. Especially when you consider it's only available on iTunes, and no one had ANY CLUE it was coming out . . . until it did.
In fact, it reportedly sold 80,000 copies within the first THREE HOURS it was available.
Obviously, that guarantees it a #1 debut on the Billboard 200 for last week. The sales numbers for the week ran through yesterday, but the final numbers won't be released until Wednesday.
Early estimates say it racked up at least 600,000 downloads over the weekend.
The iTunes exclusive "visual" album is selling for $15.99, and contains 14 tracks. It also includes 14 videos, with other bonus video content. It's unclear if or when it'll be released on CD.
The "New York Daily News" reports that the album generated more than 1.2 million Tweets in just 12 hours, including a "Tweets per minute" spike of 5,300, which was roughly 300 more than "Sharknado" notched during its peak halfway through its original telecast.
Over the weekend, Beyoncé put out a video explaining that she wanted to unleash an album . . . as a surprise, with all the videos done . . . so that people could absorb it all at once.
She said, quote, "Now people only listen to a few seconds of a song on their iPods. They don't really invest [in] a whole album. It's all about the single and the hype . . .
"I wanted to make this body of work, and I feel like it's something that's lost in pop music. I wanted people to have a different first impression . . . not just listen to a 10-second clip, but to actually be able to see the whole vision of the album."
The celebrity world went nuts over the album. Here's some reactions:
Katy Perry: "Don't talk to me today unless it's about Beyoncé. Thanks."
Demi Lovato: "Um . . . Beyoncé just dropped a surprise album?!!?! #SooooGood #OnRepeat . . . I'm literally FUH-REAKING OUT over this . . . the music vids?!!?! I CANT HANDLE THIS MUCH FIERCENESS . . . #NoJoke #Dying . . .
"HOW IS ANYONE NOT TWEETING ABOUT #BEYONCÉ RIGHT NOW?!!?!?"
Lady Gaga: "Good Morning! . . . Welcome back, Honey B. We missed you! <3"
Diplo: "Did Beyoncé explode or something? What's goin' on? Confused."
Snoop Dogg: "My girl Beyoncé just changed da game!"
Alicia Keys: "Love this!! Shine on mama!!!! ;-) @Beyoncé."
Cher: "I haven't heard it, but how can you NOT love Beyoncé?"
Pete Wentz: "I think Beyoncé just broke the Internet."
"The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug" Tops the Box Office with $74 million
"The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug" earned $73.7 million to easily top the weekend box office. That's a lot for a movie with such a long run-time, but still less than the $85 million opening of the first movie, "An Unexpected Journey".
TYLER PERRY'S "A Madea Christmas" came in third with $16 million. Here are the Top 5 movies at the box office:

After the episode aired, show creator SETH MACFARLANE Tweeted, quote, "I mean, you didn't really think we'd kill off Brian, did you? Jesus, we'd have to be [effing] high.
"Oh and hey . . . thanks for caring so much about the canine Griffin. He is overcome with gratitude."

Khloe Kardashian Is Filing For Divorce From Lamar Odom
TMZ is reporting that KHLOE KARDASHIAN is filing for divorce from LAMAR ODOM ... TODAY.

The end was a long time coming ... Khloe had expressed dire concerns about the marriage ever since she learned about Lamar's crack addiction earlier this year, but she forestalled divorce for fear he'd OD or worse.

She added, quote, "I think at a certain point you can choose to sort of fall from this, or you can choose to rise. And that's what I'm just trying to do.
"I know that that's what he would have wanted, to just do my best and to hopefully make something positive for where I go in the rest of my life."
The Golden Globe Nominations Are Out
The nominations for the Golden Globe Awards were announced yesterday, and the movies "12 Years a Slave" and "American Hustle" led the way with SEVEN apiece.
Perhaps the biggest snub was "The Butler", which got SHUT OUT. That's particularly surprising since both OPRAH WINFREY and FOREST WHITAKER were just nominated for SAG Awards.
"The 71st Annual Golden Globes" will air live on Sunday, January 12th on NBC. AMY POEHLER and TINA FEY are hosting for the second year in a row.

New Movies This Weekend
1. "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug" (PG-13) Trailer
It's the second part of Peter Jackson's unnecessarily long Hobbit trilogy, with the dwarves and Bilbo Baggins trying to reclaim the dwarf kingdom and their gold from the dragon Smaug.

And she told viewers that if there's anything they ever need to know, she'll announce it on her show first.

"Hillary Clinton, Angelina Jolie . . . and Miley Cyrus, if you're high as [crap] and really into tongues."
This isn't the first time Pink has dissed Miley. In September, Pink had this to say about Miley's "performance" at the "VMAs" . . . quote, "Am I into it? No. I think it's tacky . . . [Twerking?] There's a place for that, and it's not on stage . . .
"She's really freaking talented . . . she can sing her ass off . . . [but] to go up there and do that? She's cheating herself and she's cheating the rest of us . . . she can do better. I've seen her do better."

They explained this INTERESTING selection by saying that Miley's duet with ROBIN THICKE at the "VMAs" was the most watched video on their websites . . . and that the MTV web page devoted to Miley had more hits than any other artist's.
You heard that right . . . MTV named Miley the "Artist" of the Year, partially BECAUSE of her completely artless performance at the "VMAs". Let's hope this was just an OBJECTIVE honor based on Internet traffic.
For what it's worth, MTV's Artist of the Year in 2012 was ONE DIRECTION, and KATY PERRY was their selection the year before that. So, you know, they aren't exactly looking for a modern day BOB DYLAN or anything.
Katy Perry Says She Had to Block Her Republican Parents from Coming to President Obama's Inauguration
KATY PERRY'S parents are evangelical preachers . . . so not surprisingly, they're pretty hardcore conservative Republicans.
But in the new issue of "Marie Claire", Katy says that when they heard she was singing at PRESIDENT OBAMA'S most recent inauguration back in January, they were ALL ABOUT IT.
She says, quote, "They didn't vote for Obama . . . [but] they were like, 'We can come!' And I was like, 'No, you can't.' They understood, but I was like, 'How dare you?' in a way."
Adam Sandler is the Most Overpaid Actor of the Year
Forbes.com has named ADAM SANDLER the Most Overpaid Actor of 2013. For every dollar Adam is paid, his movies gross just $3.40.
The data was compiled before the release of this summer's "Grown Ups 2", which was a big hit. And he flopped pretty hard with his previous two movies, "Jack & Jill" and "That's My Boy".
Sandler is followed by Katherine Heigl, Reese Witherspoon, Nicolas Cage and Kevin James.
Justin Bieber Says He's Just a "19-Year-Old Boy"
We talk a lot about JUSTIN BIEBER drinking, smoking pot, hitting clubs and partying with women of questionable virtue all over the world. But apparently, it's all because he's just a kid trying to FIND HIMSELF.
And by holding him accountable for all the stuff he does, we're HURTING HIS FEELINGS.
Justin was on RYAN SEACREST'S radio show hyping his new movie "Believe", and he explained how he's still JUST A BOY.
He said, quote, "People don't get to see me, and that I'm really a 19-year-old boy. I'm becoming a man but I'm still 19, I'm still finding myself and when I have the media attacking me every day, it's no less bullying than what happens in schools."
"I think this movie really shows who I am as a person . . . I make mistakes growing up. I'm not perfect; I'm not a robot. People forget I'm a human being [and] I have to make mistakes and grow stronger."
Danica Patrick Is Happy That Trace Adkins Is Her Cohost for Tonight's ACAs
A lot of people were surprised when DANICA PATRICK was announced as TRACE ADKINS' cohost at the "American Country Awards". Even she was a little shocked when the producers offered her the job.
Even though she's been on TV a million times, this is uncharted territory for her. She says, quote, "I don't think hosting dinner at my house really counts."
What helped seal the deal is that she won't be flying solo. She says, quote, "With a guy like Trace who's done it for a few years and is such a cool, relaxed guy and so well-known and respected in the industry, and he has a great personality.
"We're going to have fun. I'm looking forward to it."
Do Britney Spears' Handlers Refuse to Let Her Go Online . . . So She Doesn't Have a Meltdown?
Is BRITNEY SPEARS BANNED from the Internet?
RadarOnline claims her dad and her manager won't let her go online . . . because they want to keep her in a, quote, "bubble", where she's protected from the haters.
Specifically, they're trying to keep her from reading the bad reviews that her new album, "Britney Jean", has been getting. Instead, they told her that all the critics LOVE it.
So how bad are the reviews? Well, they aren't THAT bad, but most people are saying it's just OK. However, the album is selling great. It's been Number One on iTunes and it's expected to do well on the charts.
But her handlers are still worried that the criticism could send Britney into another, quote, "bad tailspin." And that would be a disaster since her big Vegas show is set to launch in a few weeks, on December 27th.

Sources say KRISTEN STEWART has switched from Team Edward to Team Jacob in real life. In other words, she's now dating the other member of her "Twilight" love triangle, TAYLOR LAUTNER.
Witnesses supposedly saw Taylor sneaking out of Kristen's house early Wednesday morning. Obviously that doesn't necessarily mean anything. But on the Internet, it means EVERYTHING.
Taylor Swift Is Doing Secret Santa With Her Crew
TAYLOR SWIFT and her road crew have been doing Secret Santas during their tour.
Apparently, she's a huge Beach Boys fan because she recently received a Beach Boys DVD and CD and Tweeted: "The RedTour is doing Secret Santa. Just found this in my dressing room and ran down the halls screaming 'SANTA!!!'

That's POSSIBLE, because Justin will be on tour in Australia through Sunday. But unless this is just one big set-up, it seems doubtful that Justin would actually accept his offer.

"Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues" comes out on the 18th.
By the way, Will would have been surrounded by an entirely different news team in the first "Anchorman", if not for a few casting changes. The team almost consisted of John C. Reilly, Chris Parnell and Ben Stiller, instead of David Koechner, Steve Carell and Paul Rudd.

She was talking about encountering spiders on the set of "Catching Fire". She said, quote, "Everybody told me there were no spiders, so when I saw three, I started crying. Jungles are not easy when you're afraid of everything.
"I think I am a legitimate alcoholic. No, what's it called? An arachnophobic."

"Also I find it hard to turn down sweets if there are some in the studio. I also don't always look immaculately styled. There are phases when I walk around with a swollen face due to acne. It's fine for people to see me like that. Then they know you don't have to be perfect to be successful. Perfection is boring."
Actor PAUL WALKER was killed in a HORRIFIC car crash on Saturday afternoon. He was just 40 years old.
Paul was most famous for starring in the "Fast and the Furious" movies. He played Brian O'Conner in all the movies except the THIRD one, "Tokyo Drift". Here's what you need to know:
Paul was in Valencia, California . . . just north of Los Angeles . . . to attend an event his charity organization was putting on for typhoon victims in the Philippines.
The event was co-sponsored by a high-performance car shop called Always Evolving, which is owned by a former race car driver named Roger Rodas. Roger was a close friend of Paul's, and Paul was an investor in his shop.
At around 3:00 P.M., Paul and Roger decided to go for a joy ride in Roger's 2005 Porsche Carrera GT . . . in an industrial park near the shop.
But Roger lost control, they crashed into a light pole, and the car immediately EXPLODED. Roger and Paul were both killed instantly.
The Los Angeles County sheriff's department says speed was a factor. A 45 mile per hour speed limit sign was attached to the light post they hit.
Paul. was in the middle of shooting the seventh installment in the "Fast and the Furious" franchise at the time of his death. There's no official word on the movie's status . . . but the "Hollywood Reporter" says the plan for now is to delay production, but NOT to scrap it altogether.

"Prayer warriors, please pray real hard for his only child, his daughter and family . . . My God . . . My God . . . I can't believe I'm writing this."
(Tyrese showed up at a vigil at the crash site, and broke down in tears. He also took a piece of the wreckage home, and posted a photo of it online. TMZ has the photo and video of him at the crash site.)

A ton of people went to the movies over Thanksgiving weekend, because "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" AND "Frozen" both broke records.
"Catching Fire" brought in another $74.5 million from Friday to Sunday, the highest total for a three-day Thanksgiving weekend EVER.
And if you count Wednesday and Thursday, it made an additional $35.6 million, bringing its five-day Thanksgiving weekend haul to just over $110 million. Yes, that's also a record.
(In the 10 days since it was released, "Catching Fire" has made $297 million in North America. And when you add in the $277 million it's made in foreign markets, it pushes its worldwide haul to $573 MILLION.)
"Frozen" had a big weekend too, earning $66.7 million from Friday through Sunday, and $93 million from Wednesday through Sunday. That's the best DEBUT ever for a movie over Thanksgiving weekend, and puts it just behind "Catching Fire" on the all-time Thanksgiving list.

Joe Jonas Lost His Virginity at 20 . . . And Smoked Pot With Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato
In a new piece he wrote for Vulture.com, JOE JONAS admits he lost his virginity at the age of 20.
He says, quote, "We decided to take the [purity] rings off a few years ago. I lost my virginity when I was 20. I did other stuff before then, but I was sexually active at 20. I'm glad I waited for the right person." Joe is 24 now, so that was about four years ago.
Joe doesn't say who that "right person" was, but he also talks about dating ASHLEY GREENE when he was 20, and he calls it, quote, "my first serious relationship." She played Alice Cullen in the "Twilight" movies.
Joe also reveals that the first time he smoked pot was with DEMI LOVATO and MILEY CYRUS, when he was 17 or 18. He says, quote, "They kept saying, 'Try it! Try it!' so I gave it a shot, and it was all right.
"I don't even smoke weed that often anymore . . . Now I appreciate wine or a vodka-soda at the end of the day every once in a while."
If Joe was really 17 or 18, then this happened 6 or 7 years ago. Miley and Demi are both 21, which means they would have been 14 or 15.

Michael J. Fox Says Matthew Broderick Almost Destroyed His Career
It's hard to imagine a time when MICHAEL J. FOX was struggling to make it in Hollywood. But he actually almost packed it in and went back to his native Canada . . . and it was all because of MATTHEW BRODERICK.
He says, quote, "In 1982, I was desperate to have a job in LA. I owed money, and my phone was cut off. I was selling sections of my sectional sofa. I was ready to go back to Canada and pick up nails on my brother’s construction site."
That was when "Family Ties" came up. Unfortunately, the producers WANTED Broderick, so Michael wasn't holding out much hope.
He says, quote, "He'd usually go in first for auditions, and you'd hear hands shaking. I was always losing jobs to Matthew Broderick."
He would have lost this one to Broderick too, but he didn't want to commit to a TV series . . . so Fox finally got his breakthrough role.
