Justin Bieber Was High and on Xanax When He Was Arrested in Miami
 
The toxicology results are in and it's official:  JUSTIN BIEBER had pot and the anti-anxiety drug Xanax in his system when he was pulled over for allegedly drag-racing in Miami last week.
 
We already knew Justin failed a field sobriety test . . . but we've also been hearing that he had very little alcohol in his system.
  
Meanwhile, in a police report from Justin's arrest, cops describe him as, quote, "excited, talkative, insulting [and] cocky."

 
Bruno Mars Isn't Nervous About His Super Bowl Show
 
Bruno Mars tells E! he's not nervous about performing at halftime of the Super Bowl. He also isn't promising too many bells and whistles with his show. 
 
He says, "I ain't scared if that's what you think. Spectacle-wise? I don't do trapeze and all that stuff. I hope to get people dancing and smiling. If you ever come to one of my shows, it's just us up there. We've got these songs and our instruments and I'm hoping that's enough."

 
Is Demi Lovato Engaged?
 
Hollywoodlife.com claims DEMI LOVATO  and WILMER VALDERRAMA are engaged or at least on their way. 
 
A saleswoman at Tiffany & Co. tells the site, “He chose a really classic, beautiful ring, Demi is going to be a happy girl when she gets it. He didn’t say what it was for but he was really excited and happy — he seemed like any other guy getting ready to pop the question.”
 
So if Wilmer hasn't popped the question yet, this saleswoman has ruined the surprise for Demi. 
 
 
Sandra Bullock's Secret to Staying Thin
 
The Star claims SANDRA BULLOCK stays thin by eating with a cocktail fork. 
 
A source tells the tabloid, “Sandra figured out that she eats smaller portions when she uses a cocktail fork. It forces her to eat more slowly, and she winds up eating less. Sandra is now telling pals that the tiny fork is the secret to her success.”
 
 
An Organization Has Dropped Scarlett Johansson as Ambassador Due to her Super Bowl Commercial
 
SCARLETT JOHANSSON has stepped down as an ambassador for Oxfam International, due to a disagreement over her Super Bowl ad for SodaStream.  It's not because it's too sexy.  It's because the group takes issue with how SodaStream does business. 
 
SodaStream's main production plant is in the West Bank.  And Oxfam believes companies that do business there, quote, "further the ongoing poverty and denial of rights of the Palestinian communities that we work to support."  
 
 
Zac Efron's "Awkward Moment" and Kate Winslet's "Labor Day" In Theaters Now
 
1.  "That Awkward Moment"  (R)  
 
Zac Efron stars in this movie about three guys trying to avoid commitment, who end up getting sucked into relationships anyway.  His friends are played by Miles Teller, who was Willard in the "Footloose" remake, and Michael B, Jordan from "Fruitvale Station".
 
2.  "Labor Day"  (PG-13)  Trailer
 
Kate Winslet plays a single mom who falls in love with Josh Brolin, an escaped convict who forces her to hide him in her home.  It's narrated by Tobey Maguire and directed by Jason Reitman, who did "Juno" and "Thank You For Smoking". 
 
 
A Sequel to Sharknado is Happening
 
New York City will be plagued by sharks this July when Syfy premieres Sharknado 2: The Second One, the highly anticipated follow up to the network's original movie that dominated social media last summer.
 
Syfy officially announced that IAN ZIERING and TARA REID will reprise their roles as Fin and April in the sequel, which is set to begin production in New York in February.
 
Sharknado 2: The Second One will premiere in July 2014.
