If The Biebs Robbed You, Would You Talk About It?

TMZ is reporting that Justin Bieber could be in trouble with police again.

On Monday night, he and Selena Gomez were at a Dave& Buster’s. A guy termed a fan whipped out his cell phone to take pictures and videos of The Biebs and his gal pal.

Justin didn’t like that much, and he allegedly lunged at the guy and tried to grab his phone.

The Biebs’ crack security detail held him back, but the fan wants to press charges. Maybe for attempted battery, maybe for attempted robbery.

This could end up being a problem for Justin, since he’s currently on probation.

It will definitely be a problem for this fan. Seriously, do you want to forever be known as the guy who almost got mugged by Justin Bieber?

And at Dave & Buster’s, for goodness sake?

A Buttfull of Stingers?

A guy was cleaning out his mom’s backyard in Winter Haven, Florida recently when he found a nasty surprise.

A gigantic wasp nest, in and around an old recliner his mom had set out next to the house.

The exterminators figure it will take two or three guys and a couple of trucks a fair amount of time to deal with the nest and its inhabitants.

And it’s such a big job, they’ve decided to do it for free.

I guess several hundred thousand stingers are worth a lot in publicity.

Dating Naked Gets Too Naked

The new reality show frenzy involves getting naked. First, there was Naked & Afraid, and then there was Buying Naked.

Now, there’s VH-1’s Dating Naked, where two people are tossed together au naturel.

Contestant  Jessie Nizewitz is now suing the producers of the show for showing her too naked.

Her private parts were supposed to be blurred out, and for the most part they were. But in one short burst of a wrestling sequence, her really private private parts were on full display.

If Jessie’s successful, the lawsuit will cost Viacom $10 million.

Which is about $500,000 for each missing blurring pixel.

Here’s hoping this doesn’t give birth to another scary reality show: The Naked People’s Court.

Check out the story in the video below – while blurs have been added, this might not be safe for work.

Miley's Friend Has a Past

When Miley Cyrus won MTV’s Video Music Award for “Wrecking Ball,” she had a young friend accept the award and make a speech on her behalf.

Jesse Helt accepted the award, he said, on behalf of the 1.6 million runaways and homeless youth in the United States.

A good way to call attention to a problem. But also a good way to call attention to himself.

Turns out there’s an open warrant for his arrest back home in Oregon for violating parole.

The cops in Salem say they will arrest him if he shows up.

And now that he’s sort of painted a target on his back, you can bet they’ll be on the lookout.

Seriously? There's a National Toilet Paper Day?

Perhaps we've gone too far with our national days of celebration.

According to Charmin, Friday, August 22 was National Toilet Paper Day.

And Charmin decided to celebrate "with the tidiest whities around."

The picture they chose to announce the celebration though makes me scratch my head a bit.

First, it shows Times Square's Naked Cowboy from behind, in all his tighty whitey glory, watching a truck overflowing with packaged toilet paper going down a busy New York street.

Second, the truck's signage. "Charmin Dump Truck."

Yes, the vehicle is typically called a dump truck. But in this context, they really could have come up with a different name, don't you think?

Back Off, Croatian Church!

Trouble’s brewing on the set of Game of Thrones.

Cast and crew are in Dubrovnik, Croatia, and the local film commission won’t give them the permits they need to continue shooting.

Why? Because a scene calls for Cersei Lannister to leave the Church of Saint Nicholas naked, and walk down the street.

The church isn’t happy, and the film commission listens to the church, so right now, the whole thing’s in limbo.

Producers say it’s a pivotal scene, so you can bet they’ll find a way to shoot it.

Don’t make us send in Tyrion. You know how he gets when he feels he’s been slighted.

And considering that GAME OF THRONES didn’t pick up any Emmys the other night, you know he’s already in a bad mood.

Miley Cyrus Had a Homeless Guy Accept Her "VMA" Award Because of the Backlash She Got Last Year

MILEY CYRUS had a young homeless dude named Jesse accept her Video of the Year award at the "MTV Video Music Awards" on Sunday . . . at least partially because of the backlash she got after her performance with ROBIN THICKE at last year's show.

In a radio interview yesterday, Miley said, quote, "I just didn't realize my platform, I didn't realize my power. I really realized it after the'VMAs' [last year] . . . no matter what I do, there's no winning or losing, it's just going to be talked about.

"So what do I want them to talk about? . . . Because I don't think what I was trying to say is what happened the year before. The reason it was so important at the 'VMAs' is because it's for young people.

"Jesse is my same age and that's what this show is for. I think people need to see this . . . at least, I know I did after last year . . . to remember what matters."

Emmy Highlights and Memorable Moments

"Breaking Bad" went out in style last night, capturing six Emmys for its final season . . . but that wasn't enough to go out with the MOST Emmys of the night. That honor went to"Sherlock". I was surprised and super excited about this. I thought that it was just me, my husband and few other friends who we demanded watch this show that even knew about it!

"Sherlock: His Last Vow", snagged seven Emmys, including Best Actor in a Miniseries or Movie for BENEDICT CUMBERBATCH. MARTIN FREEMAN, also snagged the Emmy for Best Supporting Actor in a Miniseries or Movie and Steven Moffat, for Best Writing for a Miniseries, Movie, or a Dramatic Special. The show also won a bunch of Creative Emmy awards that weren't announced on the show last night.

"Modern Family" won Outstanding Comedy Series for the fifth straight year, and TY BURRELL won for Supporting Actor in a Comedy for the second time since 2011.

JIM PARSONS won his fourth Emmy for Lead Actor in a Comedy for "The Big Bang Theory" . . . while JULIA LOUIS-DREYFUS won the female equivalent for "Veep".

And JULIANNA MARGULIES won Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama for "The Good Wife". She also won it in 2010.

GWEN STEFANI announced a win for "The Colbert Report" as the Best Variety, Music, or Comedy Series. But she mispronounced it "The Col-BOAR Report". But it was nowhere near as bad as John Travolta's "Adele Dazeem" Oscar moment.

This Year's Emmy Winners

Here is a rundown of some of the other Emmy winners in the biggest categories:

Outstanding Drama Series: "Breaking Bad" (AMC)

Outstanding TV Movie: "The Normal Heart" (HBO)

Jennifer Lopez Got Skittles from Casper Smart at the "VMAs"

JENNIFER LOPEZ and CASPER SMART both attended the "VMAs" Sunday night, but the official word is they weren't together. Casper was supposedly there to support NICKI MINAJ, because he did some choreography for her.

But Casper WAS seated right in front of J-Lo, and at one point he even turned around to pour some SKITTLES into her hand. Sharing Skittles is a pretty big deal. That might point to a reconcilation.

The Highest-Paid Male TV Actors

"Forbes" has put together their annual list of "The Highest-Paid Male TV Actors" . . . and for the THIRD year in a row, "Two and a Half Men" star ASHTON KUTCHER is #1. He's raking in $26 million over the past year.

His co-star JON CRYER is second with $19 million . . . along with "NCIS" star MARK HARMON who made the same amount. Interestingly enough, nine of the Top 15 actors are or were on CBS shows.

Here's the complete Top 15:

1. Ashton Kutcher, "Two and a Half Men", $26 million

2. A tie between Jon Cryer of "Two and a Half Men" and Mark Harmon of "NCIS", with $19 million each.

4. Neil Patrick Harris, "How I Met Your Mother", $18 million

5. A tie between Patrick Dempsey of "Grey's Anatomy" and Kevin Spacey of Netflix's "House of Cards", with $16 million each.

7. Tim Allen, "Last Man Standing", $15 million

8. Simon Baker, "The Mentalist", $13 million

9. Jim Parsons, "The Big Bang Theory", $12 million

10. A tie between Jason Segel from "How I Met Your Mother" and Johnny Galecki of "The Big Bang Theory", with $11 million each.

12. A THREE-WAY tie between Jon Hamm of "Mad Men", Charlie Sheen of "Anger Management", and Josh Radnor of "How I Met Your Mother", with $10 million apiece.

15. Bryan Cranston, "Breaking Bad", $8 million

The numbers were taken from June of last year up through this past June . . . so the big salary bumps for the "Big Bang Theory" stars were NOT included, which is why they're kind of low on the list. Next year will be a different story.

As usual, not ALL of this money came from the actors' TV salaries. It includes movie roles and endorsement deals as well. So, Tim Allen's Vegas stand-up money is also a part of his overall take.

"The Walking Dead" and the Third Adam Sandler-Drew Barrymore Romantic Comedy Are Out on DVD

Here's what's new on DVD today:

"Blended" . . . Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore are stuck together at an African safari vacation resort after having already been on a blind date where they decided they hate each other.

"The Normal Heart" . . . HBO's movie about the AIDS epidemic in the '80s, as seen through the eyes of a gay writer played by Mark Ruffalo. It also stars Julia Roberts as a doctor treating one of his friends.

"The Love Punch" . . . Pierce Brosnan and Emma Thompson are a divorced couple who concoct a scheme to steal a diamond from the guy who stole their pension.

"Legends of Oz: Dorothy's Return" . . . Lea Michele is Dorothy, who returns to Oz to fight the brother of the Wicked Witch.

"The Double" . . . Jesse Eisenberg plays a guy who meets his exact double and freaks out after the other guy starts to take over his life. Mia Wasikowska is also in it.

"Trust Me" . . . Clark Gregg plays a struggling Hollywood talent agent who specializes in child actors, and Amanda Peet is the neighbor he has

"The Brightest Star in the Comedy Galaxy"

One of the most anticipated moments in last night's Emmy Awards ceremony was Billy Crystal's tribute to his friend, Robin Williams.

And Billy did not disappoint. It was touching, poignant, and even a little bit funny.

"I used to think if I could just put a saddle on him and stay on for eight seconds, I was going to do okay," said Billy, talking about Robin's energy.

The clips selected for the final montage were perfect.

A nice way to remember him.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus Gets a Mouthful from Bryan Cranston

On the way up to receive her third Emmy in a row for her work on HBO’s Veep, Julia Louis-Dreyfus was interrupted by Breaking Bad’s Bryan Cranston, who stole a kiss from her.

Okay, he locked lips with her.

A long, lingering kiss that had to be broken up by Jimmy Fallon, who presented the statuette to Julia.

Check out the almost R-rated action right here...
