ROSEANNE is following through on her threat to run for president. She has officially filed papers seeking to become the Green Party candidate.

--She told the party, quote, "I will barnstorm American living rooms. Mainstream media will be unable to ignore me, but more importantly they will be unable to overlook the needs of average Americans in the run-up to the 2012 election."

--In a separate statement, she expressed her dislike for the two major parties . . . quote, "The Democrats and Republicans have proven that they are servants . . . bought and paid for by the 1% . . . who are not doing what's in the best interest of the American people."

--One of Roseanne's key issues is MARIJUANA. She wants it legalized and sold BY Americans TO Americans.

Kris Humphries Has Never Seen Any of His Wedding Gifts

One of the many things KRIS HUMPHRIES and KIM KARDASHIAN are arguing about is their wedding gifts . . . which include a Ferrari.

--According to HollywoodLife.com, Kim is basically hoarding the gifts, and he hasn't seen any of them since the wedding back in August.

--Kris thinks the gifts should have at least been split 50-50 . . . but not because he wants them for himself. He thinks they should all be RETURNED.

--A source says, quote, "He's read in the magazines that she's returned some of the gifts and exchanged them for Rolex watches. He also heard a rumor she returned the gifts and gave the money to charity, but he doesn't know about that either."

KIM KARDASHIAN may have found a new athlete to grind up against. There's a rumor going around that Kim has been secretly getting it on with New York Jets quarterback MARK SANCHEZ.

--Sources say she first started hitting that BEFORE she dated KRIS HUMPHRIES. And they've been back at it since that relationship ended.

--One source says, quote, "Kim and Mark like to meet in hotels for dinner dates and flings. Whenever Kim is in New York, they hang out. They are very careful with not being seen together, Mark is seeing someone!"

Brad Pitt Sometimes Shoves Coca-Cola Down His Kids' Throats to Get Them Up in the Morning

Maybe BRAD PITT isn't the most perfect parent ever. On an upcoming episode of "Inside the Actors' Studio", Brad admits that he sometimes shoves caffeine in his kids' faces to get them moving in the morning.

--He says, quote, "I admit there's times like, 'We gotta get up. Get up! Here's your shoes. Here's your shoes. Drink this Coke. Drink this Coca-Cola. Drink it all. Right now! Drink it! Drink it! Drink it!' Just so we could get 'em up and going."

--Brad also reveals that his favorite curse word is the one that stars with a "C" and rhymes with ROCK. He says it's, quote, "underused."

It's Official: Paula Abdul Has Been Dropped from "X Factor"

Yesterday, PAULA ABDUL released a statement confirming that SIMON COWELL dropped her from "X Factor".

--She said, quote, "I won't be returning to 'The X Factor' next season. I've learned through my longevity in this industry that business decisions often times override personal considerations.

--"Simon and I have been communicating about this for a while now, and I have absolute understanding of the situation. Simon is, and will remain a dear friend of mine and I've treasured my experience working [on the show] this past season.

--"I want nothing more than for 'The X Factor' to exceed ALL of their wildest dreams. This truly has been a blessing and I am most grateful."

--Simon later released a statement on this so-called "bloodbath," which included the dismissal of host STEVE JONES and judge NICOLE SCHERZINGER. But Simon gave Paula some extra lovin'.

--He said, quote, "I want to say a massive thank you to Paula, Nicole and Steve for being part of 'The X Factor' last year. We had a lot of fun making the show together and importantly, we found some real talent and stars.

--"You do develop friendships with the people you work with . . . and Paula, in particular, is a very close friend and I expect to be working with her on another project in the near future."

Justin Bieber's Dad Beat Up His Own Nephew . . . For Suggesting He Lives Off Justin

JUSTIN BIEBER'S dad JEREMY reportedly beat his own nephew about the head and neck outside a bar earlier this month . . . for suggesting that he just lives off his son's success.

--Jeremy . . . who's 37-years-old . . . was drinking at a bar in Ontario, Canada with his 20-year-old nephew Tylor.

--For reasons unknown, Tylor started razzing Jeremy, saying he, quote, "wouldn't be anything if it weren't for Justin."

--Jeremy went off. A source says, quote, "He started pushing Tylor in the chest, knocking him back and angrily telling him he wanted to be called by his own name, screaming, 'I'm Jeremy Bieber!'"

--Tylor tried to do the smart thing and leave, but Jeremy followed him outside, grabbed him by his coat and punched him repeatedly in the face.

--Tylor took off running and Jeremy went back into the bar. A source says he, quote, "strolled back inside, bought the whole bar drinks and started playing pool like nothing happened."

(--Although Justin and his dad have a good relationship, the "National Enquirer" claims Jeremy has a history of drug and alcohol abuse and a long criminal record. They also say he's never held a full-time job for long and makes money selling autographed photos of Justin on the Internet.)

It's Official: Adele Will Return with a Performance at the Grammys

After weeks of speculation, ADELE has announced that she WILL perform at the Grammys. It will be her first performance since undergoing vocal cord surgery back in October.

--She Tweeted, quote, "Ima be, Ima be singing at the Grammys. It's been so long I started to forget I was a singer! I can't wait, speak soon."

--She also released a statement saying, quote, "I'm immensely proud to have been asked to perform . . . and for it to be my first performance in months is very exciting and of course nerve-wracking, but what a way to get back into it all."

--The Grammys air live on Sunday, February 12th. LL Cool J is hosting . . . and the list of performers also includes: Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Rihanna, Bruno Mars, Paul McCartney, Nicki Minaj, Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean and Kelly Clarkson.

DEMI MOORE was rushed to the hospital Monday night. Her rep blamed STRESS and EXHAUSTION.

--Here's the official statement . . . quote, "Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health.

--"She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends."

--But TMZ says there was more to it than that. They claim 911 was called to Demi's home Monday night at 10:45 due to SUBSTANCE ABUSE . . . and that's what she's seeking treatment for.

--A source told E! Online that it was a female friend of Demi's who called 911. She told the operator Demi was shaking and, quote, "acting like she was suffering from a seizure."

--Demi split from husband ASHTON KUTCHER back in November because of his alleged cheating. She's been spending most of her time since then NOT EATING.

--Due to her hospitalization, Demi has dropped out of "Lovelace" . . . the movie about legendary porno star LINDA LOVELACE. Demi was going to play feminist icon GLORIA STEINEM.

Heidi Klum and Seal Have a Prenup

SEAL was on "Ellen" yesterday talking about his divorce from HEIDI KLUM while still wearing his wedding ring. (???)

--Of course, Ellen asked him what that was about and he responded saying wearing the ring is a symbol of how connected they still are and that both he and Heidi were "shocked" that they were ending their marriage.

--Despite being "shocked" by their own divorce, "Us Weekly" says that Heidi and Seal have a prenuptial agreement. Which is probably good for Heidi because she's worth a LOT more than he is.

--Not that Seal is broke or anything. He's worth somewhere around $15 million. But that's nothing compared to Heidi.

--Thanks to her TV shows, jewelry line, modeling and other ventures, she's amassed a fortune in the neighborhood of $70 million.

Khloe Kardashian Is Getting Her Own Radio Show in Dallas

If you don't get enough of the KARDASHIANS on TV, then I've got good news for you . . . if you live in Dallas, that is: KHLOE KARDASHIAN is getting her own radio show.

--She'll do whatever it is she's going to do from Noon to 1:00 P.M. every weekday on MIX 102.9 in Dallas. The show is called "The Mix Up with Khloe Kardashian Odom" . . . and it debuts on Monday.

--Sadly, it sounds like it's only going to last through the NBA season, while her husband LAMAR ODOM plays for the Dallas Mavericks. After that, they move back to L.A. Lamar was traded from the Lakers before the season began.

RYAN SEACREST is launching his own cable network. It will be called AXS TV . . . pronounced "Access TV" . . . and it'll feature stuff like "behind-the-scenes coverage of concerts, red carpets and awards shows."

--AXS will be a revamp of HDNet . . . which is owned by Dallas Mavericks owner MARK CUBAN. Ryan will be working WITH Cuban to transform the network.

--AXS TV is expected to launch sometime this summer.

"American Idol" Premiere Ratings Were Down 18% from Last Season

The 11th season premiere of "American Idol" attracted 21.6 million viewers, which was down 18% from the 26.25 million that tuned in for last season's premiere.

--That's the biggest premiere ratings freefall . . . from season to season . . . in the show's history. It's also the lowest-rated season opener since "Idol's" first season premiere, which had 9.85 million viewers.

--Even if this is the beginning of the end, it's going to be a while before "Idol" falls low enough to be canceled. After all, "X Factor"averaged about half of the audience "Idol" had Wednesday night, and it's coming back for at least another year.

Sorry . . . There Aren't Going to be Kardashian Barbie Dolls After All

Tragic news to report this morning: Your young daughters will NOT get to play with KARDASHIAN Barbies . . . because they're not being made.

That "Sex and the City" prequel is finally coming . . . to the CW.

--They're developing a drama based on Candace Bushnell's "Sex and the City" prequel book series, "The Carrie Diaries".

BETTY WHITE'S 90th birthday special "A Tribute to America's Golden Girl" aired last night on NBC. It featured Betty's "Hot in Cleveland" co-stars, plus MARY TYLER MOORE, CAROL BURNETT, AMY POEHLER, and others including a message from PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA.

--The president made a joke about wanting to see her birth certificate, because she looks too good to be 90.

KID ROCK went to see TRAVIS TRITT in Michigan over the weekend.

--He threw back a few drinks, and lit up a cigar during the show. But like a lot of venues, this place was a NONSMOKING establishment, and Kid's smoke irritated a 58-year-old asthmatic man, who says he's filing a report with the health department.

--That man, Randy Snell, says, quote, "It's a violation of a state law, and people paid good money to come to a nonsmoking venue, but they were not treated to a nonsmoking venue. Special privileges were extended in disregarding the law."

RIHANNA was photographed smoking a funny-looking cigarette during a Hawaiian vacation on Sunday.

ASHTON KUTCHER'S Twitter and Foursquare accounts were hacked recently.

--The hacker posted as Ashton, claiming that he was having his first sleepover with his new girlfriend . . . a screenwriter named LORENE SCAFARIA.

--The hacker also posted a Foursquare link pointing out Lorene's house on a map.

--Well, since the hacker went on Foursquare, Ashton says he now knows where the guy lives. He Tweeted, quote, "So apparently someone thinks they are clever hacking my account. #lame.

--"OK mr. hacker, you only made one mistake. You hacked my Foursquare and I now know your address. Whoops... This is gonna be fun."

--Then he posted the guy's supposed location and said, quote, "I'm coming for you my friend."

Ricky Gervais Enjoyed Hosting the "Golden Globes" This Year . . . But He Doesn't Want to Do It Again

RICKY GERVAIS has hosted the "Golden Globes" three straight times . . . and although he was not as controversial this year as he's been in the past, he says he enjoyed it MORE but he doesn't want to do it again.

--Ricky wrote on his blog, quote, "I had a blast actually. It was by far my favorite of the three hosting stints."

--But he added, quote, "I've told my agent to never let me be persuaded to do it again though. It's like a parachute jump. You can only really enjoy it in retrospect when you realize you didn't die and it was quite an amazing thing to do."

--And on his performance, Ricky had this to say: Quote, "The crowd were great this year too. I think they finally worked out that my gags only seemed rude and nasty but were actually not too scary at all. Or they were just drunker."

--By the way, about 16.8 million people tuned in for the "Golden Globes". That was down slightly from the 17 million that watched last year's ceremony.

--NBC probably isn't splitting hairs though. This year's 16.8 million viewers was their biggest non-sports audience in that timeslot since last year's "Golden Globes".

Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner May Have Split

AVRIL LAVIGNE and BRODY JENNER may have split . . . supposedly because Brody wasn't ready to settle down.

--A source says, quote, "She wanted to settle down, but he wasn't exactly ready. They had been having problems starting in the summer with her tour because she was on the road all the time.

Heather Locklear Was Hospitalized Yesterday After Allegedly Mixing Pills and Booze

HEATHER LOCKLEAR was hospitalized yesterday after allegedly mixing alcohol and prescription drugs.

--According to TMZ, Heather's sister called 911 at about 2:00 P.M. saying she believed Heather was in danger. Paramedics agreed.

--A source says, quote, "[The caller] was afraid Heather was going to harm herself because of her drinking mixed with medication.

--"That was behind the 911 call. 911 personnel were at her house for more than an hour before she went with them."

--A hospital spokesperson told TMZ that Heather was, quote, "awake and responsive when she arrived" and that she's "responding well to treatment." At least that's what a hospital spokesperson told TMZ.

--And Heather's parents, who are with her at the hospital, said, quote, "She is in no danger and she's going to be just fine," (--Heather is 50.)

--Heather and boyfriend JACK WAGNER ended their engagement back in November. But on Tuesday night, Heather seemed in good spirits watching the Lakers play at the Staples Center.

Over the summer, there were rumors that ALEX RODRIGUEZ was bugging CAMERON DIAZ to get breast implants. When they split up for a while, it was even suggested that she was mad at him over it.

The not-always-reliable British tabloids say BEYONCÉ and JAY-Z want to be the first people to make a music video in space.

--They're reportedly planning to film it on one of Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic ships . . . which are supposed to start going into orbit later this year.

--The ships will reach altitudes of 70,000 feet, giving passengers SIX minutes of weightlessness. The footage will be shot during those six minutes, obviously.

Madonna Is Not a Cougar . . . She Just Happened to Fall for a Younger Guy

Just because MADONNA'S last two boyfriends have been 24 years old . . . and she's 53 . . . that does NOT make her a COUGAR. Last night on "Nightline" she suggested that it's all just a coincidence.

--Madonna . . . whose current toy is 24-year-old French dancer Brahim Zaibat . . . said, quote, "I didn't choose to, you know, I didn't, like, write down on a piece of paper I'm now going to have a relationship with a younger man.

Kris Jenner Says Khloe is a Kardashian

KRIS JENNER continued yesterday to confirm that KHLOE is indeed the daughter of her late ex-husband ROBERT KARDASHIAN.

--She told ABC News, quote, "It just gets weirder and weirder: I have never heard such crap in my life. I mean I was there. I gave birth. I know who the dad was, everything's good. We're all good. Don't worry about it . . . Get a life."

--She added that it's always been a "family joke" that Khloe doesn't share the same DNA as the rest of the family because she has lighter hair than everyone else.

Kelly Clarkson and the Foo Fighters Will Be Among the Performers at the Grammys

KELLY CLARKSON and the FOO FIGHTERS will be among the performers at the Grammys on February 12th.

--We still don't know whether or not ADELE will perform. It's all still speculation at this point. According to reports, she wants to do it . . . but her doctors have to clear her first. (--Adele had surgery on her vocal cords in November.)

--However, yesterday Adele tweeted one of the new Grammy posters, which features a picture of her singing.

Charlie Sheen Says He's Not Crazy Anymore And His New Show Will Be More Mature

CHARLIE SHEEN . . . while hyping his upcoming FX show, "Anger Management", at a press conference Sunday night said, "I'm not crazy anymore. That was an episode."

--He added, quote, "I think I'm a different person than I was yesterday. Everything is a lot more mellow and focused and much more rooted in reality."

--He also said that his life is much simpler and GODDESS-FREE . . . quote, "I've been spending a lot of time with the kids, a lot of time with the family and I'm getting back into work mode.

--"I'm a single guy hanging out with my children."

--Charlie also said he texts with his former "Two and a Half Men" co-star JON CRYER, but he's had no contact with creator CHUCK LORRE since their big blowout last year.

--But he added, quote, "At some point we're going to have to get some closure there."

--As for his new show, Charlie says it'll be more grown up than "Men" . . . quote, "I just wanted to do a show and play a character that dealt with more mature themes and stuff that actually exists in the real world.

--He added, quote, "There'll be no fart jokes, no [penis] jokes, no poo-poo jokes.

That Chick Who Wrote the Jason Segel Song Went to An Award Show With Him . . . And She Brought Her Twin Sister

Remember CHELSEA GILL . . . the Indiana girl who wrote that awesome song asking JASON SEGEL out for a drink? Well, she got her wish.

--Jason's rep reached out to Chelsea, and it turns out that she's currently trying to launch an acting career in Chicago. And Jason just happened to have an award show to attend in Chicago this past Saturday. So he took her.

--That was a nice surprise for Chelsea . . . but she had a surprise for him, too: She has a TWIN . . . and she brought her along.

Nick Cannon Is Out of the Hospital

It turns out NICK CANNON was indeed released from the hospital over the weekend.

--His rep issued a statement yesterday saying, quote, "Nick was released over the weekend to be with his family. He is resting and recovering at home and would like to thank everyone who has expressed concern, well wishes and prayer."

--Cannon will return to his morning radio show on the 17th . . . which is next Tuesday.

--Nick suffered what wife MARIAH CAREY called "mild kidney failure" last week. On Friday, he underwent surgery . . . but he didn't say what kind of procedure it was.

Katy Perry Will *Not* Appear at the People's Choice Awards

KATY PERRY is NOT going to show up at the People's Choice Awards tomorrow night. Naturally, she would've been confronted with a lot of attention over her split from RUSSELL BRAND . . . and apparently she isn't ready for that.

--Officially, she didn't give a reason for dropping out. She just Tweeted, quote, "Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the People's Choice Awards. I want to thank you all for voting for me, fingers crossed! #KATYCATS."

Jay-Z Has Written a Song About His New Daughter Blue Ivy . . . And It Reveals That Beyonce Had a Miscarriage

JAY-Z has released a song in honor of his new daughter Blue Ivy. It's called "Glory featuring B.I.C." The B.I.C. stands for Blue Ivy Carter . . . who gets a credit because the track ends with some audio of her crying.

--Not surprisingly, the song is about how beautiful and wonderful Blue is. But it also reveals that this was at least BEYONCÉ'S SECOND pregnancy . . . because she had an unsuccessful one previously.

--Jay raps, quote, "Last time, the miscarriage was so tragic / We was afraid you disappeared, but nah, dear, you magic." He also talks about, quote, "False alarms and false starts," as well as, quote, "All the pain of the last time."
