Saturday, April 20th, is the last day you can get a pork tenderloin sandwich (or anything for that matter) from Nickel Plate Bar & Grill. According to IBJ, this Fishers restaurant opened in 1991.
This change comes after Lux Restaurant group decided to close the restaurant and sell it to Indy-based Browning Investments. The Facebook post below explains that there are no plans to demolish the building. Rather it will be preserved and turned into another restaurant for the Fishers community.
