In A Bad Mood? Say “Thank You!”

If you’re struggling to find your happy try saying thanks! A study in The Journal of Personality and Social Psychology says that by saying thank you and being grateful you’re more likely to recognize the good things in your life instead of focusing on the bad stuff. There was even proof that by practicing regular gratitude your happiness level can increase by 25%.

So if you’re bummed out try sending more thank you notes!
