Mental health is all the rage these day and I’m glad because acting like you’re fine all the time is EXHAUSTING. Demi Lovato has always been a huge proponent for taking care of your mental wellness — especially following some of her darkest days. This week of September is Suicide Prevention Week (9/6 – 9/12) and Demi teamed up with Marshmello for a new song/video that carries a strong message: “It’s Ok Not To Be Ok.”

The new song shows each artist waking up in a replica of their childhood bedrooms where the once struggled internally. The big takeaway from the song is that bad days will come, but they will pass.

Watch the video because you’re gonna want to recreate Demi’s look. Or maybe that’s just me…

If you need to talk to a professional about suicidal thoughts or plans, you can always call 1-800-273-8255 for support or visit suicidepreventionlifeline.org. Telling someone is the first step to getting the help you’re future self will thank you for. I’m glad you’re here, and so are your loved ones. 🙂
