Justin Bieber revealed he will have a new documentary out on YouTube and it will be available Friday, October 30. The trailer for “Justin Bieber: Next Chapter” promises an intimate look at his life and feature key people in his life, like his wife, Hailey. Everything I see says “special documentary event” and it’s not totally clear if this will be a series or one long video.
