If you’ve been wondering how Robert Pattinson made the transformation to Batman, you don’t have to wonder anymore because his workout plan has been revealed.
Stars like Christian Bale and Ben Affleck have transformed their body in different ways and Pattinson has transformed himself into a lean and bulky Caped Crusader.
For the role, Pattinson cut down on alcohol and cut back on processed meats and fried food to speed up the transformation.
For the workout portion of his transformation, Pattinson did circuit training, running, military-style outdoor workouts, and boxing.
We’ll see if the training worked out when Batman hits theaters in 2022.
