“Us Weekly” claims that Meg has been talking with KATE MIDDLETON about doing a movie together for Netflix. It’ll be a documentary about “Kate’s charity work and the huge impact she’s made with her philanthropy.”

A source says, “Kate is very flattered, and it’s all very positive between them.”
