Billie Eilish Is PETA’s Person of the Year

PETA named BILLIE EILISH as their 2021 Person of the Year for her efforts in encouraging fashion designers to stop using real animal fur and by going vegan.

PETA’s president said, “With all eyes on Billie at her first Met Gala, she turned the spotlight onto the plight of animals killed for food and fashion . . .

“PETA is happier than ever to celebrate her for pushing the fashion industry toward its sustainable vegan future.”

Billie’s other efforts include a vegan Air Jordan shoe collection with Nike, executive producing a vegan documentary called “They’re Trying to Kill Us”, coming out with a vegan fragrance, and a vegan milk chocolate bar.
