Meet Willow Biden!
She first introduced herself to the First Lady, Dr. Jill Biden when she was giving a speech in her hometown in Pennsylvania. FLOTUS named this kitty “Willow” after her hometown Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. It was meant to be.
