The Indiana State Fair has announced 30 new foods for this year’s Indiana State Fair. The fair kicks off on Friday, July 28 and runs through August 20. Among the new foods include Street Corn Pizza, Bratchos, a Spicy Sweet Chili Walking Taco, Nutellaphant Ear, and a Gimme Smore Bourbon Shake.
