According to a new poll, Americans love snacks so much that 69% of people say they always bring some kind of snack with them.
51% say they fill-up on snacks as an entire meal at least three times a week.
And 53% say they’d swap out an unhealthy snack for a healthier one.
6 out of 10 people say their first choice of snack is packed with sugar or salt, and the most popular choices are potato chips, chocolate, and candy.
