According to Reuters, we may be looking a shortage of condom due to the temporary shutdown of one of the major producers, Karex, in Malaysia. They will be closed due to Coronavirus concerns until April 14.
Other major producers are located in China, India, and Thailand. The spread is moving quickly in India and Thailand as we speak.
Reuters notes that the Karex shutdown has also affected the production of rubber gloves as well.
