I think it’s safe to say Olivia Rodrigo is taking over the world. From her hit breakout song “drivers license” to performing at the BRITs in a jaw-dropping red fit to practically having Taylor Swift on speed-dial, this girl makes me want to quit everything, write in a journal, and set it on fire.

Speaking of setting things on fire, that’s just what Rodrigo did in her latest music video “good 4 u.” Directed by Petra Collins, who also shot Rodrigo for Elle’s May 2021 cover, knocked it out of the park. The High School Musical: The Musical: The Series star starts off in a schoolgirl uniform looking sweet and innocent but man oh man when the black latex gloves come out to play, Rodrigo means business.

This reminds me of Taylor’s ‘reputation’ era and I’m so here for it!
