It shouldn’t surprise anyone to hear that they check their phone way too much.  Some people even have apps that tell them how often they do it.

The tech company Asurion says Americans check their phones 96 times a day, which is about once every 10 minutes you’re awake.  That’s up 20% from a similar poll in 2017.

But it might not be a bad thing.  Nearly half of Americans say their smartphones help them achieve more work life balance, not less.
