It’s so easy to get caught up in headlines. Miley Cyrus said herself recently that writing something down gives it a lot of power, but sometimes you have to step back and realize that just because someone wrote it doesn’t make it true.

She just went on Joe Rogan Experience and they covered a lot in a 2-hour podcast, but one big thing they hit on was her portrayal in media. She talked about how classic mediums like magazines tend to be behind on the news. Her example for that was a doozy: when she did an interview for a magazine months in advance and she was happy and in love and by the time, it was published, she was divorced. Yikes.
